Commack, NY - January 8, 2007 - CBC (America) Corp. announces the release of Digi-Master, a powerful new line of digital video recorders providing state-of-the-art features, exceptional recorded image quality and a consistent platform among all models.

The Digi-Master 8 and 16-Channel Triplex DVRs give you the same intuitive setup and operation platform as their popular, full-featured 4-channel DR4N model. The units will accept up to 1.5 TB of internal storage (3xHDD) for more than 60 days recording at 704x480 resolution. MPEG-4 compression saves high-quality images with smaller file sizes and allows more efficient transmission over Ethernet. The USB-2 port and optional CDRW drive assure quick and easy archiving. The Digi-Master is designed to work into your existing CCTV system or is available in convenient preconfigured kits.

"The Digi-Master Series brings 8 and 16-channel capabilities and up to 1.5 TB to CBC’s already best-selling 4-channel DVR," said Don Beeby, CBC’s General Manager. “Digi-Master’s consistent platform and user-friendly operation make it the perfect choice for most applications."

For over 25 years, CBC (America) Corp. has been a leader in the manufacture of CCTV components. Their expansive product line and world-class customer support have made them the choice of businesses worldwide. Computar lenses have long been recognized as the leader in surveillance lenses; Ganz brand has assumed a parallel position in the manufacture of cameras, recorders, and a wide range of peripherals providing end-to-end surveillance solutions.
