CheckVideo is a software application that runs on either laptops or central monitoring station PCs to report image and signal quality from security cameras. It speeds camera setup by allowing the operator to quantify and optimize critical video quality metrics using simple visual and audible indicators. It can identify offline cameras and video degradation, as well as cameras that may require service or replacement, or act as a diagnostic tool to confirm video suitability for use with advanced video analytics.
