The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Axis will replace a defective product under warranty at no cost to the customer through itâ€™s Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.

Under the program, replacement units will be shipped out immediately before the faulty unit has been returned, reducing downtime in mission critical installations. The program enables greater efficiencies to system integrators that service Axis customers, many of whom are large enterprises and government entities.
