March Networks Achieves 95 Percent Customer Satisfaction Rating

Independent third party survey puts company's results in top level

OTTAWA, Ontario -- March Networks, a leading provider of Internet Protocol (IP)-based digital video surveillance solutions, announced today that it has achieved outstanding results from a recent customer satisfaction survey. Results from a third party market research firm show that 95% of customers have had a positive overall experience with March Networks.

The comprehensive survey was conducted by Opinion Search Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Decima Research, from September 28, 2005 to October 19, 2005. Respondents to the survey represented over 50% of the March Networks install base. Customers that responded included those from the financial, retail, and transportation verticals.

Other results from the survey showed that 88% of customers agreed that March Networks’ products performed to their expectations. 88% of respondents also agreed that their organizations would buy March Networks’ solutions again and would recommend March Networks to their peers.
