SAN FRANCISCO - 3VR Security, Inc., developers of the world's first Intelligent Video Management System, ranked higher than all of their competitors in the first annual Intelligent Video Market Report released last month by security industry analysts JP Freeman and Associates.
3VR's intelligent video management system, also tested by JP Freeman Labs, was described as "the first product to truly be a 'one-stop-shop' for enterprise security buyers interested in deploying an extremely wide range of features." Freeman went on to applaud the search functionality of the 3VR system, noting that "(searches that) might have been wholly inaccurate and taken hundreds of hours using a traditional surveillance system can be accomplished in just minutes using the 3VR system," and the 3VR system's ability to "recognize people with an accuracy of nearly 90% and track their activity."
"We are honored by this early positive response to our systems, first being named the Security Industry Association's Best New Digital Video Product of 2005 and now ranking at the top of the intelligent video market in the JP Freeman Report," said 3VR Security, Inc. CEO Stephen Russell, "We have no intention of resting on our laurels, though, and are pleased to be announcing a whole new host of analytics at the ASIS International show in Orlando this September."
