Dominic Bruning, managing director of Axis Communication (UK) Ltd, illustrated the importance of the new partnership: "Redstone Communications had the vision to incorporate IP-surveillance into several of the projects it has been involved with in recent years. It is a major boon for Axis to be involved in some of these implementations."
Axis' equipment, including IP-surveillance cameras, has already been deployed in several UK-based schools, hospitals and retail establishments through its growing network of partners. Following the launch of a totally new range of IP-surveillance equipment earlier this year, Axis wants to accelerate its sales through strategic partnerships.
Rob Bruce, product development director at Redstone Communications commented on the partnership: "Our Smart B portfolio combines best-of-breed technologies from providers we identified as the leaders in their field. IP-surveillance is a key element of our Smart B solution and as such, we are delighted to be working with Axis to provide added reassurance to our customers that want the best protection to safeguard their assets. We look forward to working with Axis to help UK enterprises to minimise their exposure to security risks."
