PSA Security Network Signs Agreement to Offer MDI Security Products

Integrator/dealer cooperative buying organization forges relationship with security management systems firm MDI

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- MDI, Inc., a recognized leader in delivering open integrated security control, alarm management and video security solutions, announced today that MDI Security Systems has entered into a product sales and promotion agreement with the PSA Security Network. Under the agreement, PSA will offer MDI security products to its dealer and integrator members through its nationwide purchasing network.

With a growing membership base of over 285 dealer and integrator locations, the PSA Security Network is the world's largest electronic security cooperative. PSA member companies are responsible for over $1 billion dollars of electronic security installations including video security, access control and life safety systems.

The new relationship will be highlighted at the upcoming ASIS security conference in Orlando, FL as well as the 2006 PSA®-TEC (Training, Exhibits and Conference) event in Chicago, IL. MDI will support the partnership by providing specialized product training events for members along with collective marketing programs that will promote MDI products to PSA dealers and their customers while raising the awareness of the PSA organization's value to future prospective members.
