Veracity has recruited Jules Free as its new sales support engineer to expand its sales support operations and ensure its customers always receive professional sales support across the company's growing range of products.
Jules will be working from Veracity's headquarters in Prestwick, Scotland to help customers get the most from Veracity products, providing advice and support for incoming inquiries. Jules will also be supporting Veracity's growing field sales team.
Jules previously worked for surveillance distributor CCTV Center, which is a sole UK and Ireland distributor for Panasonic's i-Pro surveillance products range. During his eight years with CCTV Center, Jules' roles included systems designer, key account manager and technical sales manager. Prior to working at CCTV Center, Jules worked in operations for Enterprise Reliant Services as well as for Video Imaging Supplies (VIS), now part of Norbain, as a customer services manager.
He joins following Veracity's recent launch of successful innovations such as HIGHWIRE Powerstar which delivers Ethernet and Power over Coax at distances up to 500 metres; OUTREACH MAX XT for data and Power over Ethernet (PoE) in external installations. The order book for its unique video surveillance storage system COLDSTORE has also accelerated further on both sides of the Atlantic in recent months.
