Vicon reduces price on Surveyor line of PTZ Domes
Hauppauge, NY: (November 13, 2012) - Vicon Industries Inc., a leading designer and producer of network video management systems, announced today immediate price reductions across its line of Surveyor high-performance PTZ domes. The reductions, which range from 7% to 9% by model, affect both the SurveyorHD and SurveyorVFT lines. The SurveyorHD line includes 1080p/20X zoom and 720p/18X zoom models that conform to the ONVIF specification, providing interoperability with VMS software from many manufacturers. The cameras feature high-profile H.264 and M-JPEG compression, multi-streaming to deliver bandwidth-efficient video for viewing and recording, high-speed 360o continuous pan, advanced titling and many other high-end features.
