    This unit produces a user defined masking zone on any video channel to create an area of privacy on the video image. The zone is blocked so that operators are unable to see detail in the private area. This can be used to meet the requirements of State and local rules regarding the use of video surveillance. It can be used to restore the presumption of privacy and still allow monitoring of sensitive areas.
