As the Sales Manager of GC&E Systems Group, LLC (GC&E), an Alaska Native and wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Rob brings more than 35 years of industry experience, encompassing sales and business leadership, driving strategic market opportunities, and further positioning companies as leaders in their respective target markets.
As a recognized leader in the Telecommunications and Security markets, Rob is a leading voice and frequent speaker at industry events. He also currently serves on the Security Industry Association educational advisory board and the AFCEA Central Florida Chapter Executive Committee.
Rob currently leads the Tampa, Florida, Branch and manages sales for the entire organization. GC&E provides consulting, design and implementation of Information and communication technologies, cybersecurity, IP-based electronic security and access control systems to State, Local and Federal Government organizations.
Shaun Castillo

As President of Pref-Tech, Shaun is responsible for everything Pref-Tech does and fails to do. He takes great pride in leading the exceptional men and women of Pref-Tech that, on a daily basis, work exceptionally hard to strengthen our family culture and creatively resolve customer pain with the highest level of craftsmanship and service.
Shaun served as Pref-Tech’s Vice President of Operations for four years before becoming the company’s President in 2009. Prior to Pref-Tech, Shaun served as an officer in the United States Army until he was Honorably Discharged in July of 2005. During his tenure he held various positions as a Field Artillery Officer stationed in Fort Sill, OK; Fort Carson, CO; and Fort Chaffee, AR. His service also includes a year of combat operations in Iraq. Shaun is a 2000 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Security Systems News “20 Under 40” Class of 2016 integrator winner, and regular speaker at security industry events. Outside of work, Shaun is devoted to his faith, wonderful wife, Amanda, and their three boys, Ryan, Corey, and Kyle.
