ASSA ABLOY has acquired Pacific Lock Company, a U.S. manufacturer of padlocks and security hardware.
PACLOCK, founded in 1998, employs approximately 40 people and operates its main office and manufacturing facility in Valencia, California. The company will become part of ASSA ABLOY’s Residential Business Segment within its Americas Division.

PACLOCK specializes in security products and customized security solutions and maintains U.S.-based manufacturing operations.

PACLOCK reported sales of approximately $17 million in 2025, equivalent to about SEK 155 million. ASSA ABLOY said the company has a strong EBIT margin and that the acquisition will be accretive to earnings per share from the start.
