Nuki Home Solutions has appointed Courtney Schnitzer as U.S. Country Manager, where she will lead business growth and strategic development across the North American market.
The company said the appointment follows its entry into the U.S. smart lock market in 2025. Since launching in the United States, Nuki has focused on expanding its brand presence and product offerings for homeowners, renters, property managers, real estate professionals and short-term rental hosts. In her new role, Schnitzer will lead efforts to further establish Nuki in the U.S. market while supporting the company’s growth strategy and market partnerships.
Schnitzer brings experience in architecture, construction, marketing, advertising, digital product development and business strategy, according to the company.
Prior to joining Nuki, Schnitzer served as executive director of partnerships at Moodley Interactive, where she worked on business opportunities between Europe and the United States. She previously held leadership and project development roles across multiple industries while based in Palo Alto and San Francisco.
Schnitzer graduated from Princeton University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. Since 2020, she has also focused on raising her family and relocating internationally to Europe.
Nuki said Schnitzer’s appointment supports the company’s ongoing North American expansion efforts.
