Integrated Control Technology (ICT) has promoted Nikki Williams to marketing director, expanding her responsibilities for the company’s North American marketing strategy and global marketing initiatives.

Williams has more than 17 years of marketing and communications experience, including more than a decade in the security industry. Since joining ICT, she has worked on integrated campaigns, sales enablement programs, vertical market strategies and industry partnerships aimed at strengthening the company’s market position and supporting its integrator network.

Jeff June, general manager and vice president of sales, U.S., said Williams has helped strengthen the connection between ICT’s marketing strategy and broader business goals. He also credited her with helping develop and launch the company’s North American Partner Program.

“Nikki has played an instrumental role in strengthening the connection between our marketing strategy and the broader goals of the business,” June said. “She combines strategic thinking with an exceptional ability to turn ideas into programs that deliver measurable results.”

In her expanded role, Williams will lead ICT’s North American marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s global brand, product strategy and growth objectives. She will also have a broader role in developing and enabling global marketing assets.

Her responsibilities include regional demand generation, product marketing, brand and communications, channel and field marketing, sales enablement, marketing performance and oversight of ICT’s marketing AI initiatives.

Williams will work with sales leadership, solution engineering, customer success, revenue operations and ICT channel partners to develop programs intended to increase market awareness and generate pipeline.

Williams said her focus will include strengthening the connection between marketing and revenue while creating additional opportunities and enablement tools for sales teams and delivering value for ICT partners.

“Growth matters most when our partners can see it in their own results, and I look forward to telling their stories and demonstrating just how much we can achieve together,” Williams said.

ICT designs and manufactures unified physical security solutions combining access control, intrusion detection and building automation on one platform. The company says its solutions are deployed across more than 30,000 installations in more than 50 countries.
