Napco Security Technologies, Inc., Amityville, NY is pleased to announce the recent promotion of two regional sales managers, to Sales Director, Troy Bonnano, for Napco Security & Fire, and Rob Etmans, for Napco Access Pro divisions, respectively.
Stephen Spinelli, SVP of Sales for NAPCO Security Technologies, and its divisions said, “Both these sales professionals, joined the Company about 4 years ago, and in a relatively short time have distinguished themselves, with superior sales performance, dedication and technical acumen, serving their dealer-customers and the Company. As Sales Directors, they will help coordinate regional sales managers’ efforts to meet sales and management objectives; driving channel management through Independent Reps and Distribution; supporting and helping create and on-board new and current dealer/integrators; conducting new product introductions, presentations, exhibitions and trainings across the country.
Troy Bonnano has extensive experience in the security industry and security technology, coming from several manufacturers and well-known distributors, in particular, dating back 3 decades. Rob (Rolf) Etmans, joined the security industry in integrated system sales in 2015, following positions with the Navy & OH Police, and earning college degrees in Electrical Engineering & Criminal Justice.
