Hochstrate brings over thirty years of experience in sales and marketing management within the Door & Hardware industry. A security industry veteran, Hill has over 25 years of sales and sales management experience. A former Director of Sales for a leading industry manufacturer, he was responsible for managing new account sales and growing sales with his team of RSM’s, regional and national wholesale distribution, contract hardware, integrators, locksmiths, architects and designers.
