Smarter Security has introduced the Fastlane Glassgate 150 LX, an advanced optical turnstile designed for corporate, healthcare, financial and government lobbies where security is intended to integrate with the surrounding environment.

The Glassgate 150 LX features smooth, quieted barrier operation, concealed infrared detection and programmable RGB architectural lighting. An advanced infrared matrix is designed to deter tailgaters at distances as close as ¼ inch.

The turnstile features sculpted 3D-lofted profiles designed to complement high-design interiors while providing throughput of up to 60 persons per minute.

For existing Glassgate 150 customers, the Glassgate 150 LX offers a retrofit option with bolt-for-bolt compatibility with the original Glassgate 150. This allows existing customers to upgrade without removing existing floor anchors, power or access control.

Smarter Security positions the Glassgate 150 LX as a premium entrance control solution that combines security, design and retrofit compatibility.
