    ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, September 28, 2015 – At ASIS 2015, Yale Locks & Hardware will introduce a suite of next-generation solutions for the multi-family and small business markets that offer flexible, scalable lock management tailored specifically for the needs of these market segments.

    The multi-family solution includes nexTouch™, the next generation of the Yale InTouch access control lock, Yale Real Living™ digital deadbolts, Accentra™ cloud-based lock management software, and a credential updater, based on secure HID® technologies, for updating access rights and transmitting audit trails.

    The small business solution includes the same hardware plus integration with interactive service platforms, such as those from Alarm.com, DSC, Honeywell and iControl.

    These solutions offer a multitude of benefits for building owners and developers, including reduced maintenance, easy management of access rights, and increased security. Accentra cloud-based software minimizes the investment for property owners/developers and can be accessed via PC, tablet or smart phone. Designed to require zero training, it is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. Property managers can easily issue and revoke access for residents, visitors, and staff.  The locking hardware is easy to deploy and provides keyless access to both common areas and residences. Access rights are continuously updated through typical daily use, through an updater that can be located at the main entrance and/or another central location. Residents or employees simply present their card at the updater as they enter the building and the latest access rights are issued to their card.

    The Yale multi-family solution also offers residents a new level of convenience, allowing them to request temporary access for guests or maintenance/cleaning staff, control common area access for family members, and easily obtain new credentials if they lose their card or phone.

    Small business owners gain an easy and affordable solution for unattended delivery, employee access and attendance, monitoring of business hours, and managing remote locations.
