WeSuite has announced the introduction of Selena AI, a virtual sales assistant integrated within its QuoteAnywhere sales management platform, a move the company says is designed to increase workflow automation and improve salesforce efficiency.
According to the company, Selena AI differs from generic artificial intelligence tools by relying on each company’s own sales activity, project details and historical data rather than canned assumptions and random sources. The assistant is intended to provide support throughout the lead-quote-close sales process.
Current capabilities include scope-of-work creation, proposal cover letter writing and sophisticated sales data analysis that delivers actionable insights.
WeSuite said additional features are planned, including consolidating project notes based on walk-through talk-to-texts, generating preliminary estimates and suggesting missing parts and services.
The company described the new assistant as part of its ongoing effort to streamline sales operations within its QuoteAnywhere platform.
