NAPCO’s StarLink® Verizon CDMA Communicators will remain operational through December 31, 2022. This extension will facilitate a smooth transition from CDMA to LTE technology.

Note that all StarLink CDMA Communicators are already pre-activated on our Network Operating Center (NOC), before leaving our facilities, requiring no commissioning by dealers during installation. This results in StarLink CDMA Communicators having no shelf-life limitations in distributor or dealer inventories and the units being able to be registered and installed throughout the operational period.

NAPCO will continue to provide field-proven CDMA models thru 2018, to ensure you can continue to protect any/all geographic areas, in the future.

Effective Q2 2018, Napco will also release StarLink LTE® Series versions of all its intrusion, connected home/business and commercial fire models. All Models will continue to feature the same quality & reliability you’ve come to expect from StarLink:

• Universal full data support of any panel brand, reporting to any central station of choice
• Panel-Powered Technology™ for easiest 10-minute installation of intrusion and fire models
• Commercial Fire model support for 12V & 24V FACPs --without requiring added power supply or conduit
• Superior antenna design and circuitry that performs even in fringe coverage areas
• Over the Air (OTA) upgradable firmware
• Lowest possible equipment costs with unprecedented Tradeup Program on ALL models, from POTs, old radios or old networks or new construction
