C100-Series Dual Technology Microwave/PIR Sensors

Napco's C100-Series Dual Technology Microwave/PIR Sensors use patented adaptive dual technology to dramatically reduce false alarms by employing proprietary adjustment algorithms. C100-Series Models' adaptive technology automatically adjusts 24-hours a day to counteract false alarms. They detect movement strong enough to generate a signal, but insufficient in strength to indicate a valid alarm. The detectors automatically change sensitivity modes, effectively widening the gap between the detected signal and its alarm threshold. Disturbances registered by the PIR and/or microwave sensor are better tolerated and false alarms are dramatically reduced.
