Bold Adds Matt Narowski as Technical Consultant
Bold Technologies has hired Matt Narowski as the company's new technical consultant. In his new role, Narowski will be responsible for providing second-level technical support to improve customer service.
Narowski's hiring comes as Bold expands its Technical Projects Department. The department provides project support and technical expertise to various areas within Bold Technologies, including data conversion, high-level troubleshooting and development of small software utilities and technical processes. The Technical Projects Department may also be called upon to work with customers in particularly difficult situations that are beyond the normal technical support process.Hiring Narowski is indicative of Bold's increasing need for employees with high-level technical skills and industry experience to provide greater customer and technical support and to take on these more challenging projects. As technical consultant, Narowski will report to Ryan Harvey, Bold's technical manager.
"Matt's hiring demonstrates the evolution of the product and Bold Technologies in general," said Rod Coles, president of Bold Technologies. "As Bold expands, providing more involved second-level support to our customers is going to become a more crucial element of our business."
Prior to joining Bold, Narowski served as director of the Network Operations Center for Dice Corp., where he helped set up the company's disaster recovery center. Before that, he went from sales to management at the Security Centre in Alberta, Canada, and was then appointed president of Dart Alarm Response Technologies when the company opened the central station.
"I am here at Bold Technologies because wanted the opportunity to work with a "true Windows product" and with a company that is at the forefront of technology," Narowski said. "Bold's next-generation software opens up a whole new world of integration with other products."
