Silent Beacon Ease: Silent Beacon Ease is specifically designed to be simpler and easier for elderly users who might have limited hand or arm function. This device provides a single enlarged button to push, yet offers all the other great functionality of our standard device.
24/7 Tech Support Call Center: The Silent Beacon is simple, reliable and easy to use in an emergency — but sometimes users want a little personal attention. Our 24/7 call center provides additional assurance in being heard, found and assisted in emergency situations.
Emergency Call Center: For a nominal extra fee, Silent Beacon users can access an emergency call center service that will help them get in touch with contacts who don’t respond to their initial Silent Beacon alert.
New Help Me/Find Me: The Silent Beacon doesn’t have to stay silent! It will now ring, vibrate and blink yellow when a fellow Silent Beacon user in your emergency contact list needs help. Plus, Silent Beacon has added an audible “find me” feature in case you misplace it.
Longer Battery Life: Silent Beacon also updated the device’s energy management system to provide longer battery life so you’ll have that much more peace of mind knowing your always-on wearable device will work when you need it. Simply check the Silent Beacon phone app periodically for battery-life notifications.
