Zenitel has introduced Remote Monitoring & Management (ZC-RMM), a secure cloud-based platform designed to unify visibility and control of Zenitel devices across customers and sites.
The platform features a configurable dashboard that provides at-a-glance views of device health and trends. Focused workflows are designed to streamline everyday operations, including incident handling and routine checks, with the goal of reducing on-site visits and downtime.
ZC-RMM also simplifies lifecycle management through guided claiming, maintenance windows, bulk actions and like-for-like replacement that preserves operational history. These tools are intended to help organizations maintain continuity while managing device updates and replacements.
