Envoy has launched Envoy Response, a platform designed to bring threat detection, on-site presence data, incident management, crisis communication and audit-readiness into one system of record.

The platform uses Envoy’s AI technology to read, correlate and prioritize threat signals as they emerge. The company said the goal is to help security teams identify relevant risks in real time rather than manually monitoring multiple disconnected feeds.

According to Envoy, organizations often rely on separate systems for threat detection and response. Threat information can come from weather services, crime feeds, transit systems, government advisories and internal tools, requiring security teams to determine which events require action and which locations and people could be affected.

Envoy Response connects threat information with workplace presence data. The platform provides visibility into who is on site, which spaces are occupied and who is remote or traveling. This includes visitors and contractors as well as employees.

AI-Powered Threat Intelligence

The platform’s Threat Intelligence capability continuously scans the threat environment and identifies information relevant to each enterprise location. It ingests signals from authoritative global sources as well as AvI-analyzed and human-validated sources covering weather, environmental hazards, public health, crime and violence, civil unrest, global security, infrastructure and hazmat, transit and transportation, travel risk and local government advisories.

An AI intelligence layer analyzes, correlates and deduplicates threat signals so relevant information can be surfaced for individual sites. The information is presented through a global Threat Dashboard that provides visibility across locations.

When a relevant threat is detected, security leaders can use the Threat Dashboard for multi-channel alerts, safety responses, two-way chat and mustering. These capabilities use real-time occupancy data to target notifications to visitors, contractors and employees while maintaining a record from the initial alert through accountability.

Envoy said this approach allows security teams to move from simply notifying everyone after an incident occurs toward identifying developing threats, determining who could be affected and taking action.

A July 2026 Envoy survey of 1,000 U.S. employees found that 74% had avoided going to work because of a hazardous condition while 56% said they had felt unsafe at work. The survey also found that 53% had experienced an unsafe commute and 75% said disruptive events had affected their ability to do their jobs.

Focus On Workplace Safety

Envoy said only 40% of employees surveyed hear directly from their employer or HR about hazardous events. Four in five respondents, or 79%, said they wished their employer did something differently to keep them safe during such events.

Envoy's data also found that 76% of employees believe companies should monitor threats to executive safety while 81% said the same should apply to general employees.

The Minnesota Twins participated in the Envoy Response beta, using the platform to strengthen threat visibility and incident response for employees, contractors and visitors across Target Field and its broader operations.
