About Surveillint and What's New in 6.5
Proximex Surveillint is an enterprise-class physical security information management (PSIM) solution that consolidates the management of physical security systems and programs (including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, fire, etc.) for public and private facilities into a unified view of their environment. With Surveillint, operators receive a more integrated view of their environments, enabling them to quickly understand and respond to events. Our latest release of Surveillint has been tested and proven to outperform other PSIM solutions in the market with exciting new capabilities to enhance situational awareness, improve operator productivity and enable more functional integrations with security and surveillance systems.
New features and benefits of Surveillint 6.5 include:
- Integrates live data from the ESRI ArcGIS geographic information system (GIS), enabling operators to leverage a wide variety of map and geographically referenced data
- Enhancee user interface allowing operators to quickly identify and retrieve critical information about events
- Intuitive drag-and-drop video controls allows operators to collect information and respond more quickly
- New, in-screen camera controls enable operators to manage and operate cameras while keeping their eyes on the video
- Ability to send commands to connected third-party systems such as gate controls and access control systems through simple pull-down menus, simplifying operation and minimizing operator errors
