Emergency Communications Network (ECN) on Monday announced that it has acquired enterprise notification solutions provider Send Word Now and has subsequently rebranded the combined companies as OnSolve.
The acquisition brings together Send Word Now's emergency notification system, capable of transmitting tens of thousands of voice and text messages in minutes, with ECN’s advanced emergency communication platform for real-time notification and response.
Combined with its acquisition of MIR3 last year, OnSolve is now the largest provider of emergency and mass notification systems with approximately $100 million in annual recurring revenue and more than 40,000 customers across enterprise, government and SMB organizations.
