ELK Products Partners With Phantom Fog on Integrated Active Deterrence Security Solution
ELK Products, Inc. has announced a new partnership with Phantom Fog, bringing together the ELK E27 Alarm Engine and Phantom Fog’s security fog technology in an integrated solution designed to provide active deterrence against intrusions.
The partnership combines ELK’s alarm and automation platform with Phantom Fog’s rapid fog deployment capabilities, creating a coordinated response system that can react to security threats as they develop.
At the center of the solution is the ELK E27 Alarm Engine, a hybrid platform that supports up to 16 onboard wired zones and can be expanded to 128 zones. The system also supports wireless expansion and features an advanced Rules Engine based on if/then/else logic, allowing installers to build layered automated responses to security events.
Through the integration, Phantom Fog becomes part of those automated response sequences. When activated, the system can perform a series of actions that may include sensor verification, timed delays, custom audio warnings delivered through the ELK-120, visual alerts and rapid fog deployment intended to obscure visibility and disrupt intruders.
According to the companies, the integration has been fully tested and validated by ELK Products engineers to ensure compatibility and reliable operation. The solution is also supported by ELK’s technical team, providing installers with a fully supported deployment option.
The partnership is intended to combine intelligent automation with immediate physical deterrence, delivering a unified security solution that can respond to threats with coordinated actions designed to interrupt unauthorized activity.
