Perimeter Internetworking Acquires US Networks Inc.
Milford, CT -- Perimeter Internetworking, the leading provider of managed network and security services for community financial institutions, healthcare companies, service providers and other businesses with high data availability and security requirements, today announced their acquisition of the assets of US Networks Inc, a managed network and security services provider headquartered in Raleigh, NC.
Forming a combined client base of over 1600, this merger enables the two companies to unite their expertise in both managed network and security services and create a broader spectrum of services for clients.

Perimeter will also adopt a newly developed Email Content Filtering service developed by US Networks."
In addition to their dedication to client service and deep technical expertise, US Networks will add a highly sophisticated security operations center to Perimeter's existing infrastructure. The Raleigh, NC location will become Perimeter's 4th business location and will serve as the primary monitoring facility. Perimeter also maintains offices in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Charlotte, NC, and our headquarters' in Milford, CT."
