Iowa State Bank & Trust Company has broken ground for a new branch to be located in West Liberty, Iowa. The new location, which will offer full-service banking, will see rapid construction, with a goal of being completed in the fall of 2005.
According to the West Liberty Index newspaper, "architectural and construction services for the project have been assigned to the firms of Neumann-Monson and Knutson Construction Company."
