B Safe Security acquires Advent Security

Wilmington, DE - B Safe, Inc., a regional provider of security and fire alarms systems to the mid-Atlantic region, including Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has acquired Advent Security of Oreland, Pa., adding over $250K in monthly recurring revenue.

According to a press release, more than two-thirds of Advent’s customers are residential. 

The acquisition was facilitated by John Colehower of Mergers & Acquisitions LLC.
