Per Mar acquires Martin Security Systems of Indiana

    DAVENPORT, Iowa – Per Mar Security Services, a residential and commercial integrator based in Davenport, Iowa,has acquired Martin Security Systems Inc., of Valparaiso, Ind.

    Martin Security Systems Inc. was founded by Robert Martin in 1984. His sons, Rich and Rob Martin, have joined the Per Mar team along with Jan Graves. Per Mar will continue to serve customers out of the Valparaiso location.

    “Robert has built a great company and wonderful team. We look forward to serving his loyal customers, and expanding service offerings,” said Per Mar Security Services COO Brian Duffy.

    Robert Martin added, “I am proud of the work that we have done here in the Valparaiso area and I wanted to be sure that my customers would be well cared for, and I am happy that Per Mar is committed to doing just that.”
