February 7, 2013 -- Mr. Cohen has a long career guiding businesses in the light manufacturing and business services arenas. Most recently, David concluded an advisory project for a Providence Equity Partner owned group of companies (Altegrity/HireRight), principally in the areas of global operations improvement, technology deployment and business integration. Mr. Cohen has previously held leadership positions with PVI Solar, Dempsey Myers & Col, and Sterling Infosystems, as well as consulting for Touche Ross earlier in his career. David received his Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Bernard Baruch College, City University of New York in Computer Methodologies. Additionally, he has completed graduate studies in Finance at St. John's University. David and his wife Jeanette reside in Westchester County, New York.
