NASHVILLE, Tenn. (09/13/18) – ADS Security (ADS), a regional electronic security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, has acquired the customer accounts of Mid America Security Systems in Louisville, KY. This marks the seventh acquisition for ADS in 2018.

“This is a great day for ADS Security!  I have been friends with Eddie for eight years and I always hoped to be able to welcome him and his team to ADS,” said ADS President and CEO John Cerasuolo. “Mid America Security has built an exceptional company and I am so excited for what we can accomplish working together.”

ADS will retain the Mid America Security office located at 3900 Classified Pl, Louisville, KY 40218, establishing it as the second branch location for ADS in the state of Kentucky, and the 25th branch location company-wide. The entire Mid America Security team will be joining ADS Security.

Additionally, ADS has an elite, private monitoring center located in Nashville, Tennessee, where customers can call and speak to a live person, 24/7/365.
