Securitas Technology has acquired Sonitrol of El Paso, expanding the company’s service coverage in Texas and strengthening its local operations for new and existing clients.
The acquisition expands Securitas Technology’s geographic footprint and combines Sonitrol El Paso’s local expertise and client relationships with Securitas Technology’s resources and capabilities, according to the company.

Expanding service coverage in Texas
Securitas Technology said combining the companies’ resources and expertise will strengthen its ability to serve clients throughout the region.

The acquisition also expands access to Sonitrol’s new cloud-based offering for new and existing clients. According to Securitas Technology, the solution provides flexibility, scalability and remote management capabilities while allowing businesses to use Sonitrol’s audio verification technology through a secure, cloud-enabled environment.
