"Flash Mob" Strikes Again in Philadelphia

Once again flashmob voilence has struck Philadelphia. This is the 6th such event to hit Philly since last May and the City of Philadelphia seems powerless to stop it. According to the media, this latest mob was organized by Twitter messsages. A parent saw the message and contacted police to make the aware.
