The documentary “The Women in Security” will make its world premiere on July 17 at AMC River East 21 in Chicago. Presented by DTEX Systems with support from SJA Leaders in Security, the film celebrates leadership, resilience and the vital role of women across the global security profession.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the screening scheduled for 6 p.m., followed by a brief Q&A featuring members of the production team and special guests. Tickets for general admission are available for $25.
Spotlighting leaders, on screen and online
Directed and produced by a team led by Executive Producer Richard Ticho, the feature-length film highlights the stories of 20 influential women in physical and cybersecurity roles, including executives from Johnson & Johnson, Amazon, Mass General Brigham, eSentire, Pinkerton and the U.S. Secret Service.
The project also includes a robust online archive of additional interviews, advisory resources and educational material accessible through the film’s website.
Future screenings and global events are planned as part of the documentary’s ongoing mission to inspire, educate, and elevate women in the security industry.
