Garda signs agreement with Canadian cash logistics unit employees

New five-year deal to benefit employees and clients

Garda announced Monday that it has come to terms on a five-year deal with the 800 employees of its cash logistics unit in Canada.

The unit provides currency protection services, such as armored vehicle pickup and delivery, to variety of businesses throughout the country.

In a prepared statement, Garda Senior Vice President Patrice Boily commended the work of the unit’s employees and said that the deal would be "beneficial" to both employees and clients alike, as it would allow the company to remain "competitive."
