Foushee survey helps define competitive compensation

December 5, 2019 – Many security leaders suspect they are underpaid but have no way to know for sure. Many HR teams believe their security positions are competitively paid, but they have no resources to help them define common pay ranges for similar roles in other organizations.

How can organizations find out how their security compensation packages compare to others with the same titles and in the same industries? The Foushee Group provides compensation information about Security, Compliance, Environmental and Health & Safety positions. Their Security & Compliance Compensation Survey collects data directly from the compensation groups of more than 118 participating organizations, making the results unique and authoritative.

The Security & Compliance Compensation Survey represents most major industries and provides compensation information for more than 19,330 full-time employees from the Top Global Security Executive (Chief Security Officer) to the entry-level Guard position.

Participation in the survey is the most cost-effective way for companies to receive the final compensation report. All information is reported in the aggregate and does not disclose the participating organizations’ information.

The 2020 survey is now open. Click here for more, including details, sample data, and participation link.

The Security Executive Council has no commercial interest in this project but strongly supports it because of the significant positive impact it has on the security industry.
