Securitas announced Monday that it has acquired Hong Kong-based security services company Polic Secuforce for 2.8 MSEK.
According to a statement issued by Securitas, Polic Secuforce has more than 10 years experience in security operations and also has a "broad contract portfolio," most of which is based in education market.
Earlier this month, Securitas announced that it had acquired security firms in Mexico and the Czech Republic.
