Command Security Corp., of LaGrangeville, N.Y., a provider of aviation and security services through a network of offices in 14 states, said it completed the acquisition of Expert Security Services Inc., of Baltimore, a provider of security services primarily in Maryland. Expert has about 100 employees and estimated annual sales for 2007 of approximately $2 million.
The purchase price for the business was $437,000. Command Security said it acquired Expert in order to expand its presence in Maryland, Washington and Virginia, where it sees demand for security services growing significantly.
