ATLANTA (AP) - Tri-S Security Corp., which provides security guards and equipment to the federal government and private groups, on Thursday said its Paragon System Inc. unit received two new contracts from the Federal Aviation Administration for physical guard services.
The pacts are valued at $6.4 million over five years.
Paragon Systems will be responsible for providing physical guard services for FAA control towers at Los Angeles International Airport and San Diego-Lindbergh Field Airport.
The company will start providing services next month.
Tri-S shares added 48 cents to $2.69 in morning trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
