Securitas has acquired Chubb Van den Enden Bewaking & Facilitair Beheer from Valkenswaard. Chubb Van den Enden Bewaking & Facilitair, specializing guard staff positions, guard patrol services and facilities reception services, has been operating in the Netherlands, and has saw sales of 6 million Euros in 2006.
Chubb Van den Enden has approximately 200 employees, and according to a statement from Securitas, the acquisition made sense because Securitas was already active in the Noord-Brabant region where Chubb also was. The purchase, says Securitas, gives it a "market leading position".
