Security and guard services provider Safeguard Security Holdings Inc. of Houston, Texas, has signed agreements to acquire another company. While the latest acquisition has not been named and will not fully close until June, the acquisition will be yet another in a list of guard companies Safeguard has recently picked up.
The company, says Safeguard, is already creating revenues of more than $7 million annuals, and has contracts with Fortune 100 companies and some of the Southwest's larger museums.
