Richmond, Va.-based The Brink's Company has acquired affiliates of Securitas AB in Eastern Europe. The acquisition, performed by subsidiaries of Brink's, was completed for approximately $9 million. The acquisition was of cash handling and processing services operations located in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
