The appointment is effective immediately. Krupinski, who has over 20 years of experience, will be responsible for field operations.

Since 2001, Krupinski has held several positions in security and loss prevention, including operations manager and general manager for companies like AlliedBarton, Wackenhut and Staples. Krupinski retired from the Farmington Police Department in 2001, receiving a Distinguished Service Award from the Town of Farmington and a Distinguished Achievement Award from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. During his years as an officer, he focused extensively on fraud and employee investigations in retail settings. In 2000, Krupinski was instrumental in the passing of a Connecticut state law, making it illegal to possess a shoplifting device.
Krupinski is a member of ASIS (American Society Industrial Security) and ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners). He is currently pursuing certification through ASIS as a Professional Certified Investigator (PCI).
