Theia’s SL940 9-40mm and SL1250 12-50mm telephoto lenses provide high performance at up to 5 megapixel and 4k resolution respectively for up to 1/2.3” and 1/1.7” sensors. These telephoto varifocal lenses allow the user to optimize the field of view to zoom in on an area of interest far away with 4X zoom capability and then digitally zoom in up to 16X while still maintaining better than SD image resolution.
Theia telephoto lenses are excellently IR-corrected to work with true Day/Night cameras, maintaining crisp resolution in near IR light. At only 50mm or 52mm long and 54mm in diameter, the lenses are very compact for telephotos, facilitating fit in some 4” domes, bullets, and tight spaces.
The combination of high resolution performance, excellent IR correction, and compact size make them ideal for high detail applications such as License Plate Recognition and traffic monitoring.
The lenses are available in DC Autoiris, P-iris, and Manual iris versions in CS mount. Also offered in fully motorized versions with board mount and NIR bandpass and notch filters available on some models.
