LVT Unit Agentic AI Talk-Down

LVT (LiveView Technologies) is the leading provider of customizable, rapidly deployable video security units. LVT Units are solar-powered, connected to the cloud through cell towers, and include up to three cameras (with 60+ combinations), a loudspeaker, and a floodlight.

LVT’s AI models have been trained for more than a decade to understand human behavior in public spaces. LVT’s AI is highly skilled at recognizing people and animals, understanding movement patterns, and identifying possible weapons or held objects.

New this year—and the notable achievement for this recognition—is LVT’s first-of-its-kind agentic AI talk-down feature that can issue customized alerts referencing what an individual is wearing or holding, and how they are interacting with the environment. This capability is something no other security company offers, and it issues lifelike audio that can be customized. 

LVT’s system can recognize when individuals are engaging in undesired behaviors, such as accessing restricted areas, loitering, or potentially engaging in illegal activities. When LVT’s system identifies suspicious activity, it can issue real-time messages that sound like they come from human security personnel. 

Sample messages include: 

- “Attention to the individual wearing black clothing and sneakers with a backpack”

- “Attention to the individual wearing the floral shirt and beige pants near the crosswalk.” 

- “Attention to the individual in the inflatable chicken costume.” (Yes, really.)

LVT’s team has conducted extensive testing and built proprietary models to ensure highly accurate, real-time audio announcements that reference identifying features of individuals without stating gender or race. 

The solution is entirely AI-driven and does not require human intervention. The solution is fully automated and able to identify even the most peculiar identifying features (such as an inflatable chicken costume or dinosaur costume), so individuals know the message is intended for them. 

LVT’s AI talk-down feature was released in April 2025, and customers have said it is highly effective for deterring unwanted behaviors at all hours. After placing an LVT Unit, many organizations say that crime or suspect activities have stopped entirely.
