8MP 4K Imaging with Motorized Varifocal Control  

The ECC500 streams 4K video through an 8MP Sony STARVIS sensor, helping operators identify people, vehicles, and activity with greater clarity. Its 3.2 to 10.5 mm varifocal lens and 3x motorized optical zoom allow integrators to remotely adjust the viewing area for wide coverage or focused identification. Combined with 120 dB WDR and infrared illumination up to 98 feet, the ECC500 maintains clear visibility across entrances, parking areas, perimeters, and other security-critical locations in changing light conditions.  

Real-Time Edge AI Enhanced by EnGenius Cloud AI  

A built-in AI NPU analyzes video directly on the camera for faster detection with less reliance on cloud processing. Essential edge AI analytics feature people and vehicle detection, tracking and counting, restricted-area detection, line-crossing detection, tampering alerts, facial recognition, and license plate recognition. This enables security teams to identify relevant events as they occur and respond more quickly to potential threats. 

EnGenius Cloud expands these capabilities across the entire surveillance network. Operators can use natural-language search queries to locate people, vehicles, actions, or events without manually scrubbing through hours of footage. Customizable contextual alerts can identify specific behaviors or conditions that traditional rule-based analytics may miss. Full activity timelines connect relevant events across multiple cameras, giving investigators a clearer view of how an incident unfolded throughout a facility or across multiple locations.  

Integrated Storage for Plug-and-Play Deployment  

The ECC500 includes 512GB of encrypted onboard storage for continuous local recording, eliminating the need for a dedicated NVR in many deployments. With video processing, AI analytics, and storage built directly into the camera, integrators can deploy a complete surveillance solution with fewer hardware components, less cabling, and lower installation complexity. The camera connects through 802.3at PoE+, allowing power and data to run over a single Ethernet connection for a streamlined plug-and-play installation.   IK10 and IP67 Protection for Demanding Environments
