Speco Technologies will introduce a new software integration in March linking its Speco Blue Series recorders and cameras with Bold Group’s Manitou alarm monitoring platform.
The integration connects Speco’s NVRs, hybrid recorders and IP cameras with the Manitou system, giving central stations and integrators direct access to video within alarm workflows.
Todd Keller, president of Speco Technologies, described the effort as a way to expand how customers can use their preferred monitoring platforms without losing key features. “We know flexibility and compatibility are crucial in today’s security landscape, and we’re delivering exactly that,” he stated.
Under the new integration, Speco Blue Series cameras will link into Manitou’s software so operators can monitor live video, verify alarms and use two-way audio from a single dashboard.
The cameras will also work with Manitou’s Video Control Center to trigger and respond to event-based actions, which the company announced will help enhance real-time situational awareness and response.
The integration applies whether a customer oversees a single facility or manages multiple sites and is part of Speco’s broader effort to deliver smarter security solutions.
